Findem is a talent intelligence platform that searches across a continuously updated database of over 750 million people profiles — built by continuously aggregating and linking data across LinkedIn, GitHub, patents, publications, and other public sources — using an attribute-based search rather than keyword matching. Recruiters can search for candidates who have worked at specific types of companies, held certain scope of roles, or demonstrate particular trajectory patterns, rather than filtering resumes by title.
